Terms & Conditions – HUDAA TRAVEL

1. General Booking Policy

By making a booking with Hudaa Travel, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

2. Securing Your Reservation

A deposit (typically £100 per person) is required to secure your booking. The balance is due as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

3. Price Assurance

We aim to provide competitive prices. Once a booking is confirmed and deposit paid, the price is fixed unless there are changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or airline charges, which we will communicate to you.

4. Modifications To Your Booking

Changes to your booking may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss modifications.

5. Group Travel Requirements

Group bookings may have specific requirements. Please ensure all group members have valid travel documents and meet visa requirements. We can assist with group coordination.

6. Flight Details

Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline. We will notify you of any significant changes. It is your responsibility to reconfirm flights 72 hours before departure.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, and loss of belongings. Hudaa Travel can advise on suitable policies.

8. Payment & Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by package. Generally, deposits may be refundable if cancelled before any bookings or issuance. Cancellation fees may apply after confirmation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.

9. Alterations By You

Any changes you wish to make after confirmation should be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate requests subject to availability and applicable fees.

10. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations. You must provide accurate information at the time of booking. Failure to do so may affect your travel.

11. Conduct & Liability

We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our control, or from your failure to comply with travel requirements. You are expected to conduct yourself appropriately during your journey.

12. Unavoidable Circumstances

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or airline/supplier failure. In such cases, we will assist where possible.

13. Document Delivery & Reconfirmation

Travel documents will be sent to you prior to departure. It is your responsibility to check all details and reconfirm flights. Contact us if you have not received documents within the expected timeframe.

14. Legal & Financial Protection

Hudaa Travel is ATOL protected and IATA certified. Flight-inclusive packages are financially protected. Our ATOL number and protection details are provided with your booking confirmation.

15. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply. We will notify you of any material changes that affect your booking.
